Crafty's Spring Showcase Reveals New Pantry Management Innovations

Crafty's Spring Platform Showcase

CHICAGO, IL – April 15, 2026 — On April 15, Crafty hosted the first Platform Showcase of 2026, a live webinar giving clients an exclusive look at the next generation of workplace pantry management technology, introducing new, first-of-its-kind capabilities designed to transform how pantry programs are managed, experienced, and optimized.

The Spring session was led by Crafty’s product team, including VP of Product Allison Cuca, alongside Principal Product Manager Kalissa Chamopoulos and Senior Product Manager Kelley Gessner. Together, they unveiled platform innovations that bring real-time intelligence, automation, and employee-driven decision-making into a single, unified system.

Here’s what attendees experienced:

  • Employee VotingA first-of-its-kind, fully integrated voting experience that captures real-time employee demand and translates it directly into smarter pantry decisions
  • Slack Integration: A seamless, real-time communication layer that embeds pantry operations directly into existing workflows, eliminating delays and manual follow-up
  • Product Roadmap Sneak Peek: An early look at what’s ahead for the Crafty Platform, including a live voting experience that allowed clients to weigh in on which features they want to see prioritized

These updates are designed to give workplace teams more visibility, faster decision-making, and a more direct connection between employee preferences and pantry performance.

“If you’ve ever tried to gather feedback across surveys, Slack messages, and in-person requests, you know how fragmented it can be,” said Kalissa Chamopoulos, Principal Product Manager at Crafty. “Employee Voting brings all of that into one place, making it easy to understand what your team actually wants and act on it with confidence.”

With a clearer view into both employee demand and day-to-day operations, teams can spend less time managing the program and more time improving it.

“We’re focused on removing friction from the everyday moments that slow teams down,” said Kelley Gessner, Senior Product Manager at Crafty. “With Slack integration, you’re no longer chasing updates or digging for information. It comes to you, right when you need it, so you can take action immediately.”

The showcase reinforced Crafty’s commitment to setting the standard for modern workplace food and beverage programs by building technology that directly solves the real challenges teams face every day. By continuing to invest in systems that connect data, operations, and employee preferences, Crafty is helping companies move beyond reactive management and build pantry programs that consistently perform for both their people and their business.

The recording of the Spring Platform Showcase is available to Crafty clients directly within the Crafty Platform.
