Crafty Named Diversity & Inclusion Champion

CHICAGO — October 16, 2025 — Crafty, a leading national office pantry provider, has been named a Diversity & Inclusion Business Champion by the Parents Alliance Employment Project (PAEP), recognizing the company’s commitment to creating meaningful employment opportunities and building an inclusive workplace.

Crafty received the honor at PAEP’s annual Be Inspired to Hire event, which celebrates employers and individuals helping expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

The recognition reflects Crafty’s ongoing partnership with PAEP and the work of team members including Aaron Meciej and John Kreller, who have helped support the organization and create opportunities within Crafty’s operations.

At the center of that partnership is Jacob Anderson, a member of Crafty’s Carol Stream Fulfillment team whose contributions demonstrate the impact inclusive employment can have for both employees and the teams they join.

“Building a great workplace means creating opportunities for great people to be part of it,” said Nate Rosenstock at Crafty. “Our partnership with Parents Alliance has helped us put that belief into practice. We’re incredibly proud of Jacob and the impact he’s made on our Carol Stream team, and we’re honored to be recognized for work we hope to continue building on.”

Parents Alliance Employment Project works with individuals with disabilities and the businesses that employ them, helping create pathways to meaningful employment and greater independence.
