Crafty Launches Office Pantry Voting
CHICAGO — April 15, 2025 — Crafty, the leading national provider of workplace food and beverage programs, today announced the launch of Employee Voting, a new feature within the Crafty Platform that enables employees to directly influence what’s stocked in their office pantry. An industry-first innovation, Employee Voting transforms pantry management from guesswork into a data-driven strategy, setting a new standard for how workplace programs are managed.
Employee Voting introduces a simple, intuitive, and integrated office experience where employees can digitally browse available pantry products, vote for their favorites, and flag items they’d like removed inside one central place. These real-time demand signals layer on top of Crafty’s existing consumption data, combining what employees take with what they actually want. The result is a more complete, data-driven view that empowers workplace teams to make smarter ordering decisions, allocate budgets more effectively, and continuously refine their pantry experience.

The feature was refined through a beta program with a select group of Crafty clients, who tested the pantry employee feedback tools within their offices and provided critical feedback to shape the experience. A unique component of the beta included collaborative sessions where participating clients connected directly with Crafty’s team, and each other, to share insights, challenges, and best practices.
