Crafty on Forbes Best Startup Employers List

CHICAGO, IL — March 5, 2024 — Forbes Magazine revealed today that Crafty, the centralized platform providing food and beverage solutions for global offices and remote workers, has been named number 489 on the list of America’s Best Startup Employers 2024. The recognition is awarded in collaboration between Forbes and Statista.

According to Forbes, “considerable research shows that businesses that prioritize employee happiness have workers who are more engaged and productive. And the companies on this year’s list of America’s Best Startup Employers have figured this out.”

Statista analyzes the best-performing startups as employers through defined KPIs. Companies considered in the evaluation must be headquartered in the US, founded between the years 2014 and 2021, employ at least 50 employees, and exhibit a startup structure. More than 7 million data points were gathered and analyzed. Out of 20,000 companies, only 3000 qualified for an in-depth analysis, which was based on three criteria: employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and growth.
